Braintree Access Center:

COTA-PTA - (Full or Part Time) Become a member of our professional team providing therapy services to developmentally disabled and physically challenged adults. Responsibilities include design & implementation of therapy treatment plans, clinical assessment, caseload documentation. Current MA license required. Sign-on bonus.

Program Instructors- (Full Time) Instructors to provide support services to adults with disabilities in day hab setting. Exp. preferred. Duties include provision of services, advocacy, implementation of objectives & case record documentation. (37.5 hrs/wk, M-F).

Nursing Home Instructor- (Part Time) Provide support services to adults with disabilities, in nursing home setting. Exp. & degree preferred. Duties include provision of direct services, advocacy, implementation of objectives and case record documentation. Competitive salary & excellent benefit package! Flexible Hours (30 hrs/wk, M-F).

Registered Nurse- (Full-Time) Provide health care supervision & support . Must have current Mass. registration. Experience preferred. (40 hrs/wk.)

Program Aide- (Part Time) to assist w/personal care. (30 hrs/wk)

Case Manager - (Full Time) To provide training, assistance & support to program staff & members. Responsible for completion, maintenance & review of all ISP paperwork. Associates degree required, especially in human services or teaching preferred.

Plymouth Access Center:

Responsibilities include design & implementation of therapy treatment plans, clinical assessment, caseload documentation. Current MA license required. Sign-on bonus.

Drivers- (Full or Part Time) Must have good driving record. M-F, days. Experience preferred, responsible, honest & demonstrate the ability to provide exemplary service. Flexible hours, split shifts available.

Mid-Cape & Islands Access Center (Hyannis):

OT-COTA-PTA - (Full or Part Time) Become a member of our professional team providing therapy services to developmentally disabled and physically challenged adults. Responsibilities include design & implementation of therapy treatment plans, clinical assessment, caseload documentation. Current MA license required. Sign-on bonus.
