Habilitation
Assistance serves Boston's South Shore with four convenient locations.
Our Braintree Access Center off route 128, Plymouth Access Center at the
Kingston/Plymouth border, Upper Cape Access Center off route 28 in Pocasset
and Hyannis Access Center on Main Street in Hyannis. Our Administrative
Office is next door to the Plymouth Access Center and Home Care Office
is in downtown Plymouth at 10 Water Street. The Access Express Office
is located within our Administrative Office.

Driving
Instructions
From the North and South: Take Route 3 to the Union Street/Braintree
exit. The exit ramp feeds into a rotary. Take first exit off rotary
(from the south take the 3rd exit off rotary) which is Union Street;
Hilltop Restaurant will be on the right and a motel and restaurant will
be on the left. Go through first set of lights, under bridge, up slight
grade to 2nd set of lights. Take a left onto Washington Street. Follow
through three sets of lights. At 3rd set, a Dunkin' Donuts will be on
the right. Go straight onto Route 37 and follow 37 for approximately
1.5 miles. Foster Road is on the right. Habilitation Assistance Corporation
is as the end.
From Route 128: Take the Route 37 south exit (The South Shore
Plaza exit). Follow Route 37 south for approximately 4 miles. Foster
Road is on the right and Habilitation Assistance Corporation is at the

Instructions
From the South(Route 3): Take Exit 6. Bear right at the end of
exit ramp onto Samoset Street (Route 44 East).Go through one set of
blinking yellow lights. Take left at next set of lights onto Court Street
(Route 3A North). Follow straight through two sets of lights. Approximately
¼ mile after going through 2nd set of lights, Rockland Trust Bank is
on left. Take left into entrance of Mayflower Business Park. Habilitation
Assistance is last building on right behind Rockland Trust Bank.
From
the North(Route 3): Take Exit 9. Take left at the end of exit ramp
onto Route 3A South. Follow for approximately 2 miles. Rockland Trust
Bank will be on your right. Take a right into entrance of Mayflower
Business Park. Habilitation Assistance is last building on right behind

Instructions
From
North (Route 3): Take Route 3 South to Sagamore Bridge. Go over
bridge and follow Route 3 to Exit 7. Take a left off exit onto Willow
Street (road name changes to Yarmouth Road halfway down). Go straight
through light crossing (Route 28). At end of Yarmouth Road take a right
at stop sign onto Main Street. The Cascade Motel is directly across
from stop sign. We are the first building on the left after the Cascade
Motel. Parking is located directly behind the building.
From the Falmouth Area: Take Route 28 East all the way into Hyannis
until you come to the light at the railroad tracks (Pufferbelly's will
be on your right). Take a right at the light onto Yarmouth Road. Follow
to stop sign on Main Street. The Cascade Motel is directly across from
stop sign. We are the first building on the left after the Cascade Motel.

Instructions
From the North: Take Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge. Go
over bridge and take Exit 1. At light, take a left onto road along the
Canal. Follow to Bourne Rotary. Follow rotary about ¾ around and take
3rd exit onto MacArthur Boulevard. (Route 28). Approximately 3 miles
down, past McDonalds and Mitchell's Tavern, take a right on Barlow's
Landing Rd. (Cape Cod Bank & Trust on right hand corner of Barlow's
Landing Rd.). The Access Center parking lot is second left on Barlow’s
Landing Road is in a large brick building on the left.
From the Bourne Bridge: After crossing the bridge, enter rotary
and take second exit onto MacArthur Boulevard (Route 28). Approximately
3 miles down, past McDonalds and Mitchell's Tavern, take a right on
Barlow's Landing Rd. (Cape Cod Bank & Trust on right hand corner of
Barlow's Landing Rd.). The Access Center parking lot is second left
on Barlow’s Landing Road is in a large brick building on the left.
